Charlie’s Garden Party

SUNDAY 14 SEPTEMBER

We had a really successful fundraiser, Charlie’s Garden Party! Garden Party, Afternoon Tea call it what you will but there’s one thing for sure it was a fantastic success with guests from Renfrew and surrounding areas dropping in all afternoon. The garden was always busy and the livingroom, converted into a quaint tearoom, was standing room only. Charlie managed to round up Rotarian’s from all corners of Renfrew with the 5 waiters truly out doing everyone on the day. June, with many helpers did another superb job of supplying tea, coffee, scones and cakes. We had, auctions, raffles and money from the refreshments all going towards the final total raised.

The cause on the day was ‘Christian Schools in Sierra Leone’ and to date we raised over £1000.00
